Yes. We customize the steel thickness based on your cargo. For standard materials like sand and coal, we use a certain thickness, but for highly abrasive materials like ore and rock, we recommend increasing the floor and side wall thickness, and can even use wear-resistant steel like Hardox for maximum service life.
A U-shape (or half-pipe) tipper trailer body has a lower center of gravity for better stability and offers cleaner, faster unloading with less material sticking to the corners. A rectangular body offers slightly more volume and is very robust for carrying large, blocky materials like construction debris.
